Tomatoes from the Garden Salad

Welcome to Our Sunday Café, we are pleased you stopped by for a visit. Today we are offering another delicious recipe from our kitchen. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did…

We were given a gift of delicious homegrown tomatoes. Lovely tomatoes of every color imaginable. Take a look here.....

You can't beat home grown tomatoes!

We have been eating them steady, just slice is wonderful, I must say and this particular dish has graced my lunch pail on many a day.

Tonight my husband had an evening appointment, so dinner was a bit late. Late calls for light. Enter this delicious platter of tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, basil and balsamic vinegar. Add some fresh ground pepper and we shall call this dinner!
