A Large (21!) and Tasty Collection of 3 Ingredient Recipes!

Welcome to Our Sunday Café, we are pleased you stopped by for a visit. Today we are offering another delicious recipe from our kitchen. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did…

As you know, we are waiting for a sale on our house, to begin Chapter 2. That is the adventure story of our purchasing a travel trailer and commence to full-time travel and wandering. Because as you know, not all who wander are lost....

I have been perfecting our favorite recipes into easy, do-able RV kitchen meals. I don't tend to do anything the easy way, our first camp out with our small motorhome was for Thanksgiving and we cooked dinner at camp! So while I do have a bit of cooking experience in the smaller oven that one uses in their RV kitchen.

But it did not seem like such a problem, I started using a gas stove at the age of 7, to make the morning coffee for my Mother in her pyrex percolator. I only let it boil over a couple of times before I learned to control the flame. When we used the oven, I have to admit, I did call upon my dear husband to get it lit and I took it from there. And again more honesty, I hope the oven in the future RV kitchen will be a bit more convenient to light.....

What I thought I would do is to go through my recipes and make a round-up of the 3 or 4 ingredient recipes and get them together on a list recipe page. I hope you find one or two things for your own RV kitchen!

I also have a number of 4 ingredient recipes, I would like to share with you soon! Update: you may find those recipes here!

Marcella Hazen's Tomato Sauce with Onion and Butter. This is so easy and it is even more delicious! I use organic diced tomatoes in this recipe, the flavor is the best. What you see in the photo is all there is to this delicious sauce, tomatoes, an onion (cut in half) and a chunk of butter.

Easy Oven Baked Pancakes. Whole grain, delicious, easy and everyone gets to eat at the same time!

Fluffy Biscuit Muffins. Once you have this self-rising flour made up, baked goods are so, so simple!

Almond Butter (or Peanut Butter) Cookies. Cookies at a moment's notice! You could say you are making them for your next hiking adventure, but make sure you enjoy a few with a cup of coffee also!

Tomato Serendipity. This is only 2 ingredients, but I am including it anyway! Sprinkle this stuff anywhere you want the delicious flavor of tomatoes and cheese! (think Italian Beans and Potatoes...)

Fried Mashed Potatoes! Breakfast at Grandmother's house was always the best! Plus she was my first lesson on cooking with what you have, a practice I still honor to this day.

Three Ingredient Pineapple Thai Chicken. If you like easy and delicious, you must make this!

Watermelon with Mint and Feta. This is so good, and it won't always be winter! You will want to make this...

Kiwi and Grapefruit.  This would be much prettier if I had taken the time to supreme the grapefruits, but it is sublime in flavor and that is what counts! This is also only 2 ingredients, but too delicious to leave out.

Rootbeer Float Punchbowl. A favorite to make for any party. Kids of all ages love this, and everyone can help themselves.

Creamy Banana and Kiwi Parfaits Delicious, healthy, fruit and yogurt dessert!

Big Batch Nutella Brownies. Nutella brownies, easy and delicious!

Butter Roasted Radishes. Yes, this list has 2  roasted radish recipes, this one uses butter! They are also roasted only long enough to develop a buttery outside with a crunchy center.

Homemade Soft Butter Spread. Real butter that won't break your toast!

Braised Cabbage with Bacon. If it contains bacon, I am there!

How to Make Brown Sugar. Instructions for light brown sugar and dark brown sugar.

Ricotta Gnocchi. A great rainy day activity! Freeze and enjoy later, when you need a quick meal.

Oven Roasted Radishes. Different and delicious! Plus radishes are available year round.

Simple Baked Cabbage. Baked cabbage is silky soft and takes on a naturally sweet taste. Give this a try along with baked potatoes and meatloaf.

Spaghetti Stuffed French Bread. A carb-fest to be sure, but not only delicious (think TV time, for game-day maybe?) but frugal as well!

Pickle Chicken.  Juicy marinated chicken, inspired by Dollywood.
