Pork is one of our favorites, especially for a festive Sunday dinner! This fall I spent time picking and processing plums from our new home's property. That is probably why this beautiful dish caught my eye. Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic Plum Sauce.

Lady Lee offers this great tutorial on cooking and using bulgar. While we don't eat as much bulgar as other cuisines, here are some great ideas on using and cooking bulgar

I have noticed a great many recipes for canned apple pie filling floating around the internet. But personally, I do not want to use a product like the clear gel needed for that process. I agree it is simple personal comfort and decision, but apple slices ready to go, that speaks to me. How to can apple slices, is full of great information.

Cabbage Noodle Bows with Fried Eggs seriously caught my eye for a last-minute dinner. Why? Because all of these ingredients are "keeper" and can be found in a moderately stocked pantry. This means dinner can be on the table in a matter of minutes! Plus this recipe is another great way to serve cabbage to the family...

Last but NOT least, a delicious naturally sweetened confection. Pecan Butter Millionaire Bars! I really don't think these need any long-winded reasons to be made.....

I hope you find something new, to try in your kitchen!
