How to make Za'atar, a robust seasoning blend!
This delicious seasoning blend is at home, where ever you use it. As a simple offering of olive oil and bread for dipping, or as one of the ingredients in a more complicated recipe.
It is robust without being overpowering. I hope you give it a try this winter to add a new element of flavor to your meals.
