Instapot Frito Pie Chili  Years ago when I worked in a downtown office, there was a cart vendor who sold "Frito pies". Essentially it was a small bowl filled with Fritos, then chili was ladled over the top and covered in cheese. Definitely tasted good on a cold winter's day...
