This and That from Far and Wide, 12/04/2019!

Loaded Baked Cauliflower.  This sounds wonderful, and who does not like cauliflower and cheese together? The cauliflower had come into its own here lately as a potato substitute, but we love it for just being cauliflower...

Sweet Tea Sangria.  This looks like a lovely and festive drink, especially this time of year. This is an "adult" beverage.

Make-Ahead Freezer Breakfast Burritos.  Having a stash of these in the freezer will make any busy morning, just that much easier.

Foraging for Wild Berries and Fruits.  We began a bit of foraging this year. This guild looks interesting and will help me identify more plants to pick when we are out walking.

Oatmeal Cranberry Muffins. It is the season of cranberries. Muffins are good keepers, make great snacks and go great with cereal or eggs for breakfast. Personally, I don't see a reason NOT to bake these up!

Cooking Lentils, a guideline.  Lentils are a favorite around here. They are easier to digest (for some) than beans. Lentils will work with adjusted cooking times in just about any recipe calling for beans.

I hope you find something new, to try in your kitchen.
