My Pasta Figioli. Beans are very healthy, this dish would make a wonderful main course as well as a side dish for those who prefer meat with their dinner.

Brown Sugar Pound Cake.  Pound cakes are perfect to bake up and keep on hand for drop-in guests. I love the twist on flavor with the brown sugar. Maybe add a poached fruit cup on the side....rhubarb comes to mind.

Tahini Granola.  Tahini is a delicious high protein ingredient, and perfect for granola. I am always looking for more ways to add protein to my own granola, this is on my list to try!

Japanese Fruit Cake.  This is a southern classic, not really Japanese and not really fruit cake as we know it during the holidays. This is a celebration cake served with pride, four layers of delicious cake, fruit and topping!

I hope you find something new, to try in your kitchen and for your home.
