Welcome to the blitz, at Our Sunday Cafe!

Every day we will offer something special, for you to enjoy, right up to Christmas Eve!

Many of these will be new recipes, and some will be reminders from the past. Some are our favorite recipes that happen to be too delicious to leave hidden in the archives.

So it’s full steam ahead to sharing a great recipe for you to enjoy every day during these very busy days of December……this season, eat well, be happy and celebrate with those you love!

We wanted to help you get prepared for this year's gift-giving, in style! Today we are offering this selection of delicious and different food gifts for family and friends. We hope you find something special for that special someone on your gift list...none of these ideas has been presented all wrapped up, that is where your own creativity and care come in, to make it your own!

Taco Pickles, part of our December blitz of recipes!

Taco Tuesday is an institution! But for some, tacos are enjoyed more often than Tuesdays, and for these folks, only Taco Pickles will do! Make a big batch, and present with a smile and a hope they invite you over the next time they are making tacos! Once these vegetables are stirred together, place in a large jar with lid, tie a bow around the top, and you are done.

White Chocolate Peanut Butter, part of our December blitz of recipes!

White Chocolate Peanut Butter! Yes, you did read that correctly, White. Chocolate. Peanut. Butter! Jar it up and present alone or with a basket of graham crackers, you will be thanked! PS, double the recipe for a pint jar...

Garlic Pickled Franks, part of our December blitz of recipes!

For the hearty eater how about a batch of my Dad's Garlic Pickled Franks. They go great on a cheese platter, or alone with a glass of beer while watching a game. The perfect savory gift for those on your list that lack a sweet tooth

Easy Penuche Fudge, part of our December blitz of recipes!

Fudge is a requirement for the holidays, and this Easy Penuche Fudge is delicious, easy to make, and sure to please.

Roasted Pretzels, part of our December blitz of recipes!

Roasted Pretzels are so good. A little sweet, a little savory and a whole lot easy on the budget. Make a big batch of these and share with everyone, they will thank you for your kindness! You may use stick pretzels or twists.
